Andrew Bourne - Founder

 

Andrew is CEO and a Co-Founder of WayPoint Technologies, Inc. A proven successful entrepreneur before founding WayPoint, Andrew Bourne built a successful Technology consulting company: ITIC, Incorporated.

ITIC was headquartered in Denver, with offices in Phoenix and Seattle. He started the company in his basement in 1994 and grew it to over 50 employees at the time of its sale to Modis Consulting (NYSE:MPS) in January of 2000. With ITIC, Andrew enjoyed a long list of successful web/software/database projects for clients such as: Qwest, Standard and Poors, Lipper Analytical, FDIC, Amerimar Realty, Arrowhead Electronics, Level 3 Communications, Corporate Express, KnowledgeNet, USWest, and TeleSoft, to name a few. After the sale to Modis/Idea Integration, Andrew was responsible for the operations and sales of the Denver branch. His office produced over $90 million in technology products and services sales in 2000. The Denver office was home to several corporate practices, such as: Oracle, CRM, Web Technologies, Network Services, and Lawson ERP.

Andrew received his M.B.A. in Finance from George Washington University in Washington D.C. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a double major in Finance and accounting.

Mark White - Founder

 

Mark is a Co-Founder of WayPoint Technologies, Inc.  Mark held senior people and project management positions within Intel. In his tenure with Intel he successfully led large teams on several projects such as Intels SAP for Mergers and Acquisitions, enterprise B2B solutions for supply chain management, and the integration of Intel development centers in India and the Philippines. He has extensive experience implementing solutions that scale from enterprise to departmental level functions.

Before Intel, Mark worked for an international French marketing corporation. During this time he managed technical projects for divisions in Phoenix and Arkansas that were tasked with the directive to identify, purchase, test, and implement multi-million dollar computer solutions needed to augment manufacturing processes. The success of these projects gave his company a technical capability that was unequaled at the time.

Robert Hatfield - Founder

 

Bob is a Co-Founder of WayPoint Technologies, Inc. Bob previously severed as the CIO of GE Financial Trust Company where he oversaw the effort to integrate several financial services companies into GE as well as led the effort to migrate GEs trust accounting and asset management application to a web based system. Prior to GE, he held Principal Engineering positions at Honeywell, Motorola, and American Express where he designed, implemented, and supported large scale and heterogeneous networks and computer systems.

Bob has over 15 years experience in computer and networking technologies including: strategic network planning, enterprise network design, network management, network and systems security, and Microsoft Windows and UNIX systems management. He has earned two Bachelor of Science degrees in Engineering (Electronics and Computer Science) and is an active member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) where he coauthored an paper entitled A Large Engineering Network Architecture that was published and presented at the annual IEEE Conference on Local Area Networking...
