Andrew Bourne - Founder
Andrew is CEO and Founder of WayPoint. A proven successful entrepreneur before founding WayPoint, Andrew Bourne previously built a successful Technology consulting company: ITIC, Incorporated.
 
ITIC was headquartered in Denver, with offices in Phoenix and Seattle. He started the company in his basement in 1994 and grew it to over 50 employees at the time of its merger with to Modis Consulting (NYSE:MPS) in January of 2000. With ITIC, Andrew enjoyed a long list of successful web/software/database projects for clients such as: Qwest, Standard and Poors, Lipper Analytical, FDIC, Amerimar Realty, Arrowhead Electronics, Level 3 Communications, Corporate Express, KnowledgeNet, USWest, and TeleSoft, to name a few. After the sale to Modis/Idea Integration, Andrew was responsible for the operations and sales of the Denver branch. His office produced over $90 million in technology products and services sales in 2000. The Denver office was home to several corporate practices, such as: Oracle, CRM, Web Technologies, Network Services, and Lawson ERP.
 
Andrew received his M.B.A. in Finance from George Washington University in Washington D.C. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a double major in Finance and accounting.
